Fairhaven was entrusted with my Grandmother back in 2015 and my Father this past July of 2024. Jason and his team worked me. They helped make sure that I had the death certificate so I could access my Father's funds and advised on the most economical service possible. Everything I asked for and wanted to lay my father to rest was provided with professional and empathic service. My family had been using Fairhaven for decades and while I’m so sorry for all whom lost loved ones I can’t stand on what’s being posted. Like another poster said it was the grandfather my family has dealt with. I met Jason for the first time two years ago when I lost my mother. While Fairhaven has been like an honorary family member for close to 4 decades, it was my first time being hands on with the protocols of funeral planning. Jason was very patient and informative. Not to mention my mom was a shell of her self when she passed and Fairhaven had her looking like she did in life. They even set her up with an online page that I check into every now and then to write to my mom. That’s how I found these reviews and was shocked by what I read.
